As the Chairman & CEO of Nugget Point Corporation, Mr. Lam has over 25 years of experience in successful involvement of multi-billion dollar international project developments centering on the infrastructure of P. R. China. These projects cover a broad spectrum of science centers, transportation, energy, deep-sea harbors, hi-tech factories, power generating plants, and telecommunications systems. During his tenure as Consul stationed in the Far East, Mr. Lam had responsibilities within the International Diplomatic and Protocol Liaisons between Consular Officers, Officer Representatives, and Bodies Established under the Sino British Joint Declaration of Hong Kong.

Jeffrey B. Gordon has been a successful Vice President & Financial Consultant with Merrill Lynch in Washington, D. C. A native Washingtonian, Mr. Gordon holds a Juris Doctorate degree and an attorney license in Washington, D.C. He began his career as a Federal Tax Attorney, specializing in corporate discipline. He then moved on to private practice as an attorney and businessman. Mr. Gordon is a consultant to the Heads of various Caribbean Governments, prominent individuals and businesses in Hong Kong and not limited to People's Republic of China.

Mr. Mahoney brings to Nugget Point Corporation over 35 years of Executive Business Development and Strategic Planning experience together with Sales and Marketing expertise focused in the Information Technology and Telecommunications Industries for Fortune 100 companies operating Worldwide. He has structured many successful multi-million dollar business ventures for worldwide communications applications. He has held Executive Positions with UNIVAC, Honeywell and the Digital Equipment Corporation. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with the Degree in the Applied Science.

Mr. Chu, Vice President of Nugget Point Corporation, is well known as 'Leader of the Chinese Communities' in the Metropolitan Washington, D.C. He is famous in the area as an expert in Business Franchising among the local business owners. While he is a diligent businessman in finance and operational management for the servicing and other subsidiary industry, he is a specialist in commercial development and system administration in various Provinces of P.R.China since 1989. Mr. Chu is a graduate of Stratford University in the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, with a B.A. degree.
BIRCH, J. Neil, Dr.

Dr. Neil Birch, Chief Technical Officer of Nugget Point Corporation, has served as the Chief Scientist for the U.S. Navy in communications, command and control and intelligence (C3I) and as Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for C3I. He has also served on many U.S. Defense Department panels and committees relating to C3I. In addition to being an expert in modulation, coding, multiplexing and transmission of information, he has extensive backgrounds in spread spectrum (CDM) multiple accesses system and time varying multi-path transmission channels.
LEE, Ken P. K., Mr.

Mr. Ken P.K. Lee is a Vice President of Nugget Point Corporation. He is a graduate of The Hong Kong Chinese University, major in Civil Engineering. Mr. Lee had worked and served for many large construction and civil engineering companies in the Pacific-Rim. While he is extremely experienced in his field of study, he is also a professional in the field of art designs. He has been in the Asian Food Industry in the United States since 1973. Mr. Lee with his amiable and erudition personality, has been voted, several terms as 'Man of the Year' in the Metropolitan Area of Washington, D.C.
